Delivery Charges: Rs. 199/-
Free Delivery: For orders over Rs. 2599/-

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays).

  • During busy shopping seasons or excess demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📞 Order Confirmation:
If you are a new customer, your order will be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp by our Customer Service Representative.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected, and we are here to help! Please read our return and exchange policy below:

📆 Return Period:

  • You can return items within 15 days from the day your order is received.

  • Items must be in original condition (unopened and resellable).

  • Customers must return items at their own expense via a traceable delivery service (e.g., courier or registered post).


⚙️ Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective or non-functioning product, contact us immediately.

  • Faulty products can be returned within 15 days, provided they are in original packaging with all accessories.


🔄 Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or product), fill out the exchange form.

  • A courier rider will collect the current item and deliver the replacement.

💡 Exchange Delivery Charge: Rs. 350 (to cover 2-way courier charges).


💵 Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund times may vary due to bank processing delays.

🚫 Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges (typically Rs. 250) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake by GoBuy (e.g., faulty product or wrong item).


📦 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
